    At Formo, we’re currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Lead to join us in revolutionizing the food industry. You will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities and introducing our cheesy products to the market.     Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional relationship management and acting as their trusted advisor in the sustainable food sector

    • Drive departmental KPIs, focusing on commercial excellence, market share, conversion rate and profitability

    • Expand the sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

    • Develop and implement client retention programs to foster long-term partnerships

    Job requirements

  • Job description

    Join Formo as a Sr. Product Developer / Process Engineer and play a key role in scaling up our animal-free dairy products. Lead the development of high-quality products and drive the production process in co-manufacturing sites, ensuring efficient and sustainable manufacturing.     Your responsibilities

    •  Coordinate the industrial scale-up of our products

    • Oversee & conduct on-site scale-up trials in co-manufacturing site, optimizing product formulations and processes for large-scale manufacturing

    • Troubleshoot production issues in both co-manufacturing & in-house facilities, while ensuring adherence to quality standards

    • Lead the development of new products, from concept to market launch, ensuring product quality, functionality, and compliance with regulatory standards

    • Liaise with CMOs to drive product performance improvement

    • Closely collaborate with the procurement team to source ingredients and ensure technical requirements are met according to our standards

    • Mentor and provide guidance to the team, fostering professional growth & knowledge

    Job requirements

    • Proven experience as a product developer / process engineer within the food industry, preferably with specialization in dairy products or vegan alternatives
    • Demonstrated experience in product launch, scale-up trials, industrialization, and supplier management

    • Strong knowledge and experience in food safety and quality assurance practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

    • Willingness and availability to travel to different co-manufacturing sites as needed

    We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Production Manager to join our operations team and help us setting up the production of our best in class non-animal dairy products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing growth strategies, optimizing processes, and managing relationships with our contract manufacturers.     • Manage onboarding of co-manufacturers & ensure timely delivery of new products

    • Foster collaboration among internal departments & align with external production

    • Lead inventory management and ensure minimization of waste

    Formo is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Engineer/Scientist to lead and grow a downstream processing team focused on protein purification from fermentation processes. The downstream processing team is responsible for developing and implementing methodologies that can be easily adapted and transferred to pilot scale and manufacturing. Explore the unknown and take responsibility for several projects turning experimental findings from our Frankfurter lab into insightful results. 🧀

    Your responsibilities

    • Help leading, mentoring and coaching fellow team members in all aspects of downstream processes, including new technologies development

    • Lead design and execution of lab scale experiments for the development of efficient and effective protein recovery and purification processes

    • Transfer downstream processes to pilot scale and manufacturing partners

    • Provide subject matter expertise on downstream processes in cross functional teams

    • Represent the team in all downstream processing related topics in cross functional meetings

    • Create reports and present data in inter departmental meetings

    Job requirements

    • 4 years of experience in a similar role

    • Deep understanding of all common downstream unit operations, especially filtration-based separation techniques with hands-on experience

    • Start up experience and functioning in a dynamic work environment is highly desirable

    • Experience with chromatographic separation techniques

    • Prior experience with technology transfer highly desirable

    • Previous experience as team lead is a plus

    • HACCP or GMP training is a plus

    • Good written and verbal communication in English are essential
